What the question is asking for
A habit and a symptom are put side by side. The advice has to join them and say what she should change first, not just agree that she is tired.
What to settle in the 30 seconds
Choose one concrete change and one reason it would help. Naming three changes in 90 seconds means explaining none of them.

Sliding into a lecture about screens in general. Alina is your cousin; this should sound like something said across a kitchen table.
